Update of Construction from Last Night:
- worked on completing backing on 2 east for motorized shades.
- worked on 3rd floor east tile (Complete),
- 9th floor east tile drop 50% from north to south,
- framing on 2nd floor drinking fountain,
- framing on 3rd floor north soffits,
- framing at door in ODAR
- removed and reinstalled grid at FPVAV box 8-8 in south west office,
- Grid install on 6 east,
- grid install in room 609, (grid will get installed in 608 Thursday evening),
- top of wall patch sanding in room 650 ready for paint
- touch ups in David Wells office and the one west of his after carpet was completed.
- worked on carpet in 6th floor east conference room at raised floor,
- carpet install in the two offices on 7th floor south at the east end (776, 774),
- worked on demo and damper install on 8th floor,
- demo old box and install new 8-8 on 6th floor Quinones office (powered up with controls and complete),
- 2nd floor duct demo and new low pressure install on 2
- worked on pneumatics demo and old DDC t-stats, controls for box 8-8n on the 6th floor, programming and trouble shooting on 2,3,6.
- insulated piping at water heaters in men’s restrooms,
- worked on rough in at ODAR walls west,
- rough in hearing rooms,
- lights on 6 east,
- fire alarm rough in on 6 and 7 east,
- can light rough in 2 east.
- worked on fire alarm pre-testing testing for elevators (shunt trips, heat and smoke detectors, and elevator recall) with Otis.
- worked on 3rd floor east cubicle move.
- worked on cubicle and furniture move backs (Data)
- worked on carpet demo for Décor to install new in rooms 776,774,
- they also worked on old ceiling demo in zig zag areas in lobbies at drinking fountains
- worked on 8 east final coats,
- paint office 611,
- paint for grid install on 6 east and in room 608,
- 6 east caulking and first color coats,
- touch ups in 776, 774.
- worked on heads on 8 in room 822 behind stair 1
- trim heads on 6 and 7.
