2nd & 3rd Floor:

This Week: Feb 13-17

• North: Completing Punch List Items
• West: Drywall installation and then prime and first coat on perimeter Feb 13/14
• West: Removal ceiling tile and grid. Raise and support ceiling equipment. Removing abandoned equipment and install new HVAC controls. Feb 13-16

Next Week Feb 21-24

• North: 2nd Floor Cubicle Installation: Estimated Feb 23
• West: Remove Plastic on perimeter and prime and first coat Feb 20
• West: Install new grid Feb 22/23

9th Floor:

This Week: Feb 13-17

• North: Install ceiling tile borders and devices Feb 15/16
• West: Tape and finish drywall Feb 13-16

Next Week Feb 21-24

• North: Final Paint: Feb 20-21
• North: Installation of window shades: Feb 23
• West: Remove Ceiling Tile and Grid: Feb 22/23

8th Floor:

This Week: Feb 13-17

• North: Install ceiling tile borders and devices: Feb 15/16
• West: Framing walls, electrical rough in and hanging drywall. Feb 14/15

Next Week Feb 21-24

• North: Installation of sprinkler covers and window soffit work. Feb 20-23
• West: Tape and finish drywall Feb 20-23

NOTE: Ceiling Tile Removal West: Starts Feb 29

7th Floor:

This Week: Feb 13-17

• North: Install carpet and Base All week
• West: Framing walls, electrical rough in and hanging drywall. All week

Next Week Feb 21-24

• North: Install ceiling tile borders and devices, rework window soffit Feb 20-21
• West: Framing walls, installing window sills and hanging drywall along perimeter.

6th Floor:

This Week: Feb 13-17

• North: Nothing this week
• West: Nothing this week

Next Week Feb 21-24

• North: Install ceiling tile borders and devices, rework window soffit Feb 22-23
• West: Framing walls, electrical rough in and installing window sills. Feb 20-23

Elevator Outages:

• Two elevators out of service full time: March 12
• Until then, daily outages for two elevators from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm for preparation work.

Exterior Work:

• Removal of Barrier Walls: South Levels 2-9: Feb 20-24
• Installation of curtain walls: East (SE Side) Levels 2-9 Feb 20-Mar 27
• Installation of clips and metal angles on East (NE side): Feb 13-16

Electrical Outage: March 3-4

• We will get more information on the outage in less than a week. This outage will consist of 1-2 floors at a time and time slots will be given for each agency.

Garage Pedestrian Door Canopy:

• Many of you have expressed concern over the leaking water on your heads while accessing the pedestrian door at the garage. GSA is working to install a roof drain, however, the current design is with the City of Denver for approval. Once approved, this will be corrected. Thank you for your patience.
